The following are the experts responsible for McLean Wealth Management & Janney montgomery Scott's Financial and Estate Planning.

WEALTH MANAGEMENT

Chris Haidinger, FP First Vice President/Director, Corporate & Planning Services
   Chris is a First Vice President and Director of Corporate and Planning Services with over 20 years of experience at Janney. He is responsible for creating investment and tax planning strategies for clients, businesses and credit unions in an effort to maximize the productivity of their assets. Chris provides technical expertise and formulates financial plans describing financial, tax, investment and estate planning strategies for Janney clients. Chris is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER and a graduate of the Securities Industry institute of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his bachelors degree in finance from Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania.

Michael Repak, CPA,JD Senior Estate Tax Planner
   Mike is licensed as an attorney and CPA and has over 20 years of professional experience. Prior to joining Janney, Mike had a solo law practice, concentrating on the areas of elder law and estate planning. Over the course of his career, mike has served a Senior Tax manager with KPMG and held a similar position with Arthur Anderson. He has also held a teaching position as an adjunct professor in the MBA program at Temple University of Law and the Graduate Tax Law Program at the New York University of Law.

Angela S. Wagner, JD Senior Estate Planner
   Angela is a Senior Estate planner and is responsible for conducting branch visits, drafting estate plans, conducting client meetings to present estate and financial plan holders and fielding tax, estate and financial planning questions. For the past ten years, Angela has been in private practice, specializing in estate planning, trust planning and administration, personal and corporate income tax preparation and tax planning. Angela also served as Director of Tax and Estate Planning for Bolton Capital Corporation, and worked for firms such as Laverty, Muth, & Reed, P.C. and Gollatz Griffin & Ewing, P.C. Angela holds her undergraduate degree from Drexel University and a law degree from Widener University of Law.

 

Debra Roey Manager Retirement Plan Services
  At Janney, Debra is responsible for Qualified Retirement Plans business, including the development of a broad array of investment products, plan design solutions, and sales and marketing support.
   With over 23 years of experience in the retirement plans arena, she has served as Regional Director for Union Central Life, where she was primarily responsible for the sale of corporate retirement plan programs.

INVESTMENT STRATEGY

Mark Lushini Chief Investment Officer
   Mark Luschini is responsible for directing Parker/Hunter asset management’s (PHAM) investment management services and also serves as the Chief investment Strategist for Janney Montgomery Scott LLC.
   Under his leadership, Parker Hunter Asset Management’s assets under management reflect a total of $946 million, of which $725 million is held under PHAM Traditional, and $221 million is held in ETF Advantage as of September 2008.
He chairs the Investment Committee and partakes in setting asset allocation, sector weights and international diversity. He also helps to manage the Parker/Hunter Asset Management’s equity, fixed income and long/short hedge equity strategies.
  Mr. Luschini has spent more than twenty years in the investment industry interfacing with both current and prospective clients. He utilizes that experience to speak on topics related to investment planning and asset management at seminars and conferences. His comments and written articles have appeared in numerous publications. He is a Trustee for Janney Montgomery Scott’s Pension & Profit Sharing Plan.

Alan Schankel Senior Vice President/Director, Fixed Income
  Alan Schankel is a Senior Vice president and Director of Fixed Income Capital Markets for Janney Montgomery Scott where he has worked for 18 years and serves on the Management Committee. Mr. Shankel has responsibility for trading, sales and underwriting of all debt securities for both the institutional and retail components of the firm.
  With 38 years of industry experience, Mr. Schankel has worked in management capacities for Butcher and Singer and Vice President of ND Meyer in Philadelphia where he specialized in trading and sales of municipal bonds, working primarily with institutional accounts.
  Before graduation from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Schankel served in the US Navy. He is a past president of both the Municipal Bond Club of Philadelphia and the Bond Club of Philadelphia and served on the National Association of Securities Dealer’s Fixed Income Committee as well as several other industry panels. Mr. Schankel utilizes his extensive industry experience by serving as a regular arbitrator for the NASD.


Guy LeBas Chief Fixed Income Strategist
  Guy LeBas is Janney Montgomery Scott’s Chief Fixed Income Strategist. Mr. LeBas joined Janney in 2006 as part of efforts to improve the Firm’s penetration into the fixed income markets across all sectors. In his role as strategist, he works closely with Financial Consultants in providing customized investment strategies for a range of institutional and ultra high net worth individuals.
  While all strategies are based on individual client needs, Mr. LeBas takes a "relative value" approach to fixed income investing, starting with an overview of current and likely future economic conditions and ending with an analysis of issuer-specific factors. This approach allows Janney to create "model portfolios" which effectively and efficiently help clients in meeting their investment goals. In addition to his work for clients, Mr. LeBas authors in-depth economic and bond market periodicals and provides relative value recommendations across the fixed income spectrum.
  Mr. LeBas received his education at Swarthmore College and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and is now a Candidate in the prestigious CFA program.

Greg Drahuscak First Vice President/ Private Client Group Research
  Greg Drahauschak has served Janney Montgomery Scott LLC since 1992, and currently holds the position of First Vice President in the Firm’s Private Client Research department. He offers Janney’s Financial Consultants and clients his 35 years of exceptional economic and market expertise and experience through a number of mediums, including such Firm newsletters as Investment Perspectives and Market View Daily.
  Mr. Drahuschak has written for various newspapers and websites for 25 years, as well as lending his voice and knowledge to live radio broadcasts every day since 1981.
